Hello All,

Today I released Shared Mailbox Toolkit 0.2, this version adds an outgoing filter rule,
so that email is stored in the correct Sent mail folder.

Also the FROM header displays the display name of the shared account instead of
only the email address of the shared account.

The change works for new shares. For existing shares, one will need to re-do the
sharing to have the new features.
