[Users] ownCloud Zimlet support calls on Github issue tracker, and suggest moving it to forums

Hello All,
It seems like the issue tracker for ownCloud Zimlet is MOSTLY use to ask how-to questions
by people who refuse to read the manual.
Lorenzo suggested, to open a forums section for it on Zimbra.org.
I would like to propose to shut down the issue tracker on github for owncloud zimlet
and put in the readme a redirect to the forums.

I think its a good idea, also the new version of ownCloud Zimlet by ZeXtras was
suggested to drop the github issue tracker.
So I will suggest to them to close the issue tracker and move it to the forums.
