[Users] Documentation about running store and UI on diffrent nodes

Hello, 


I was reading the following documentation :

And it is written that proxy+memcached is mandatory. 
First it is not very clear that proxy+memcached should run on UI node. 
Then nowhere in the documentation it is shown that proxy+memcached must be installed on UI node. 

So my question is quiet simple : do I need to install proxy+memcached on UI node ? 

With new architecture, is possible to have 3 parts nodes : 
- 1 part node with mailstore servers 
- 1 part node with UI servers 
- 1 part node with only proxy servers
