[Users] Alter the contents of an email (body and subject) from a Zimlet

Hello All,

Does anyone know if there is a way to alter the contents of an email (body and subject) from a 
Zimlet, or a way to do this via a server extension?

If anyone could point me to an example or some documentation, I would much appreciate it.
